We have redone this DIY pallet luxury chair furniture from shipping pallets. We have not dismantled the pallets in this pallet project for chic furniture but only readjusted the original pallets to take a chair shape. A one big pallet has been reclaimed to provide the wide berth space and a smaller board has provides the backrest position.
Some metal brackets and two heavy duty plastic strips have been used to get the backrest of this pallet lounging chair in stable mode. You can use in your garden, at patio and also at pool side. If you are going through some lazy summer afternoons then make it cushioned and throw some pillows on it to have a DIY pallet daybed setup out of it. We have finished it by fixing the metal casters to make it moveable by single person only.
